Pedrali - Nolita

Nolita, designed by CMP Design

Nolita is a family of outdoor seatings that has set trends while drawing inspiration from the past.

Introduced 50 years after the company’s founding, it evokes the origins of a historical journey started by Mario Pedrali in 1963 in his craft workshop with his first metal garden chairs. The essence of Nolita lies in its simplicity: a steel tube frame consisting of twelve evenly spaced rods supporting a seat designed to provide maximum comfort with minimal material use. Nolita chair stands out for its physical and visual lightness. Made entirely of steel, it is available with a high or low backrest, as well as in an armchair version, and comes in a variety of colours. It is also perfect for outdoor settings thanks to its weather resistance and easy maintenance. Its visual transparency allows it to blend seamlessly into its surroundings without obstructing the view. Nolita was created for porches, promenades and terraces. “We could say that Nolita is a transparent chair: you can see through it, and it does not leave an invasive mark on the space. This means it can be used in every furnishing setting”. - CMP Design
